VEG ROUNDS RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE VEG ROUNDS RECIPE

Preparation Time:10-15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 7-10 Minutes

Serves - 4

Ingredients:

For the filling-
½ cup Red capsicum
½ cup Green capsicum
½ cup Corn
3 Tomato deseeded
2 Onions
5pcs Jalapeno
2 Tbsp Olives
12 Slices of bread

Method -

  1. Take one slice of bread, with the help of a circle shape cookie cutter or any sharp round object cut the bread into a circle
  2. Take another bread and cut it in a ring shape. 
  3. Using a little butter or cheese spread stick the ring on top of the circular bread and toast for a few minutes in the oven.

Filling - 

  1. Finely chop the above vegetables and mix them in a bowl, add some oregano, chilli flakes, salt and chopped basil leaves.
  2. Put some ready made schezwan sauce on the base, scoop the vegetable on top, grate some cheese or Paneer and toast it in the oven till done.

 And your dish is ready!
